Please help. Website won't work.

    My website(goethe.mn) has been down since about Dec 2.
    Whenever I go there it says.
    Warning: require_once(/home/goethemn/public_html/oc-includes/osclass/default-constants.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/goethemn/public_html/oc-load.php on line 45

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/goethemn/public_html/oc-includes/osclass/default-constants.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/goethemn/public_html/oc-load.php on line 45

    How can I solve this.
