    In order to effectively manage the site, you’ll need FTP access so that you can access the files directly, delete them, move them, add more, etc.

    For your site, the header image is actually part of the entire background. It’s located here:

    http://www.thenewcharismission.org.sg/wp-content/themes/greyzed/images/bg.jpg

    your whole site consists of just one pic having dimension of 1273X968.you can see that picture by right click and then view background-image. To remove it go to your wp-admin and then appearance and then editor,if you can’t find the style.css .

    body {
    background:url("images/bg.jpg") no-repeat scroll center top #BCC5C1;
    color:#333333;
    font-family:Tahoma,Verdana,Arial,Sans-Serif;
    font-size:62.5%;
    margin:0 0 20px;
    padding:0;
    text-align:center;
    }

    you just have to replace new image with old-one here inside the CSS. I don’t know whether you have knowledge about CSS, also if you don’t have an image of same dimension, the look will be no more attractive and then you have to put images sections by sections…

    Sorry! this is the actual theme that we want to use,
    as you can see, there are multiple header pictures…
    We have FTP access but we have no idea where to change the header pictures for this particular theme!

    Modularity Lite 1.2 by Thad Allender
    A minimally styled multimedia theme framework for WordPress. The Theme Options page allows for rapid theme customization and includes a selectable one or two-column layout, color selector, and homepage slideshow options.

    All of this theme’s files are located in /themes/modularity-lite.

    ALSO, under the theme options, they gave us some instructions… but we are unable to change the HTML because it doesn’t have a ‘save’ button to activate the changes.
    We also cannot find the five photos inside the THEME FOLDER, because we do not have one!
    <!– Begin Slideshow: Instructions: By default, the Slideshow section below pulls in the five photos in the images/slideshow/ folder inside your theme folder. Replace the images with your own (950 pixels wide max, keep filenames the same). If you prefer to manage your slideshow images from within a WordPress post, you can delete -static.php from the Slideshow section below, which would pull in the slideshow.php file instead of the slideshow-static.php file. The slideshow.php file pulls in the latest photo uploaded using the “Add Media” button into each of the latest five posts in the category that you choose on the Homepage Settings page. You will then need to paste the url to your slideshow images to a custom field key called “slideshow”. And lastly, don’t forget to set the height of the slideshow images on the Theme Options page. –>
    <?php include (THEMELIB . ‘/apps/slideshow-static.php’); ?>

    <!– End Better Pagination –>
    <?php } ?>

    Under Theme Options page, we also cannot adjust the height of the slideshow images. This is so queer!
    Please help us, thank you 🙂

    The images that you’re referring to are located at:

    http://www.thenewcharismission.org.sg/wp-content/themes/modularity-lite/images/slideshow/

    If you don’t see an “Update File” button in the Appearance Editor sub-panel, that means that your theme files do not have write permissions. You will need to change the permissions of the theme files to 666 and possibly the theme directory (though I don’t recommend it if you can avoid it) to 777.
