Please help site is broken

I’m overseeing a site for a dev while they are on vacation.

I made some changes to the sidebar.php file. The changes were visible via FTP but not in the browser. I deactivated the WP Super Cache and now the site won’t load past a certain point. I reactivated the plugin and the site is still broken. Also weird characters are showing up at the end of URL paths http://getyourshittogether.org/details/#.UZXV6yvFRvY

Please help if you can!
