Please Help – Showing Blank Page On WPTouch Mobile

Problem #1:

I’m using WPTouch plugin for mobile. Display Widgets works well for desktop, however, the post IDs I exclude/include the widget in showing blank page on mobile.

Problem #2:

Still showing blank page on mobile even after I disabled and deleted plugin. Did it add a table/field to DB I have to remove or something?
