Please Help Shipping Questions!! Urgent

So with my product i have to ship the product in a refrigerated cooler so the shipping is quite pricy and it costs me $24 to ship the cooler and in the cooler i can fit 4 of the pints of cookie dough so i was wondering how on woo comerce can i make the shipping option to where its set to where every 4 products that are added to the check out it adds $24 shipping so for example if they bought anywhere from 1-4 of the pints of cookie dough the shipping would stay at the price of $24 and then if they bought 5-8 of the products it then turns into $48 shipping and so on…. is this possible through woo commerce and how do i do that?
