    I recently had a zoom call with Amanda and updated a bunch of things, bought some new things. Now the Paypal Donations is not working. THe form takes the money and gives a blank page as the message. On the donations page the transactions are listed as PENDING, and on Paypal they are listed as UNCLAIMED.

    Today someone gave our address on an obituary for donations to honor a loved one who passed. Yikes! All the donors are panicking. I have a ticket out for this and Zack couldn’t get in bc of 2fa – he only needed to get Google Authenticator to get in I think. By the time I saw that he didn’t get in, it was 5 and now everyone is gone.

    If there is anyone who can please help us tonight or this weekend I would be grateful. Not only could we lose a lot of donations but it is really embarrassing.

    For your reference, this is ticket #98528

    I noticed the IPN is set to ?give-listener=paypalpro (never had paypalpro actually. I had Standard). I switched to paypal donations with Amanda. In Payment Gateways, Paypal Donations is enabled and default. How do I switch the IPN listener from paypalpro to paypal donations, in case that is the problem?

    PLEASE HELP! It has been a WEEK and my GIVE still does not work. I do not know how to get support to help me rather than say, “try this….” I NEED IT FIXED. I AM BEGGING!!!!

    I know that. I am simply trying to bring attention to this issue. THe person helping me continually throws the ball back in my court and I do not know what he is talking about. Getting priority support to help fix something should not take a WEEK. Amanda does not respond at all. I gave the guy significant feedback about one of your addon partners and he basically said, “well, you don’t have to use it.” Really? I am ready to jump ship. Also the email threading is a mess. It’s impossible to see what is going on because new messages constantly appear in the middle of long threads. I have mentioned this before but no one listens to suggestions.

    It is Friday. The stress is real.
