Please help me with these simple things

hi there, my site is http://iansandsphotography.com/ If someone hits the like button they have to login first, is there a way to use the like button without logging in?

When someone gets an update email the photo doesn’t show in the email, just the text. Anyway to post so the photo shows?

Anyway to post without subscribers getting an email in case I want to add a bunch of posts the same day?
