Please help me to choose template/plugin!!

Hi!

Ive sketched an idea of how i want my site to look like:

As you can see, i want the navigation on the bottom and the logo there too (so it kind of becomes “headless”).

I want all the content to be in the center (from left to right). This site will show alot of images. So when you click on design i want the center to contain a box, and the rightside to have small thumbnail images. So when you click on for example the DESIGN link at the bottom, you’ll have these boxes to the right with thumbnail images, and once u click on them, the bigger image will show in the center.

Now:
1) WHAT TEMPLATE will suite my site best? I was thinking about http://bueltge.de/photos/ or http://demo.wordspop.com/fotofolio/

2) WHAT PLUGIN should i use to get thumbnails on one side while the bigger image shows in the center?
