Please help me: Show meta box display form functions.php to single.php

I have the following code in functions.php

Now i want show Option 1, Option 2, Option 3 to single.php width $id
Option 2 = 0[Hide]
Option 2 # 0 [Show]

please creat function eg: “show-my-meta-box” in functions.php
and in my single:

<?php show-my-meta-box ?>
