please help me edit an old support post

I have received a request from my client, related to this thread: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/85674

In the thread, I include the URL of the site in progress. My client would prefer that we go back and eliminate all extraneous references to the website, so that they don’t show up in the major search engines.

I cannot seem to edit my post, all these weeks after the original was posted. Is there a way for me to do it, or for a moderator to do it?
