# Please help. Login Problem

 * Hi,
    I am new to WP. I cannot log in to admin panel , as soon as i press “Log
   In” button it gives me an error “Sorry, the page your requested could not be 
   found, or no longer exists. “
 * All was fine yesterday and day before…Did not change any thing..
    I have read
   few topics about login problem, tried to disable plugins…still the same
 * “Sorry, the page your requested could not be found, or no longer exists. “
 * I will appreciate any hint / help to solve the problem

   but when i enter user name and password, and hit submit, then it gives me “Sorry,
   the page your requested could not be found, or no longer exists. ”

 * Try re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a **fresh** download
   of WordPress

 * Try [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin. You could also try renaming your current theme’s folder
   in wp-content/themes via FTP to force the default theme to activate.
