Please help: Homepage and website has gone haywire

Hi there,

I updated wordpress to the latest version today and since then the whole website, twoadultstwochildren.com, has broken/

The posts do not load in a grid anymore, and on the pages such as Garden or Reviews, or Food, no posts load at all.

The google cache http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:http://twoadultstwochildren.com shows how it used to be before.

Theme = modified pinboard.

I’ve disabled all plugins, the issue still occurs. I’ve downgraded wordpress to 4.0 by replacing the wp-admin and wp-includes via ftp, the issue still occurs.
