# Please Help… Dashboard crashed while updating wordpress

 * Dear All,
 * Kindly help.. it is now more than 10 days without accessing my dashboard or posting
   
   While updating to the latest wordpress version it got crashed and I’m getting
   this message after logging in “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_json_encode()
   in /home/u465047495/public_html/blog/wp-includes/update.php on line 277”
 * Even after disabling all the plugins …
    and the website still working !!
 * Please try to find the solution 🙁
