# Please help! Cannot login at wp-admin

 * For some reason my wp-admin url is redirecting to 127.0.0.1
 * The site isn’t hosted locally.
 * It seems to of started since I installed either wordfence or AllInOneSecurity.
 * I have deleted the directories from cpanel but still not able to login.

 * No, that’s what they should be. Something else must be altering the values when
   the site is rendered.
 * Try [manually resetting your plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)(
   no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via [FTP or SFTP](https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   navigate to `/wp-content/themes/` and rename the directory of your currently 
   active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-
   out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * Had this in the .htaccess –
 * #AIOWPS_ENABLE_BRUTE_FORCE_PREVENTION_START
    RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI}(
   wp-admin|wp-login) RewriteCond %{HTTP_COOKIE} !poynting= [NC] RewriteCond %{HTTP_COOKIE}!
   aiowps_cookie_test_dspnz8qpw9= [NC] RewriteRule .* [http://127.0.0.1](http://127.0.0.1)[
   L] #AIOWPS_ENABLE_BRUTE_FORCE_PREVENTION_END
