After Password Recovery I don’t recognize My Blog, at the top i see “WordPress 2.9.2 is available! Please notify the site administrator” what this means? I’m admin of that blog! Also I don’t see all my pluggins I even can’t see pluggins options just see 1. dashbord 2. posts 3. comments 4. profile 5. tools and taht’s all, not see media puggins, settings and others.

    Can someone help me?

  • There’s a newer version of WordPress to the one you’re running, so it’s a reminder that you need to upgrade to keep your blog secure and to get any new features/bug fixes.

But it sounds like you’re logged in as a Contributor rather than an Admin, which would be why you’re seeing fewer options. You’ll need to be an Admin to perform an automatic upgrade, but you should still be able to do it the old fashioned way (with FTP).
