 * Can someone tell me how I would add a sub menu to the menu I currently have? 
   The nav is in the header.php

 * I do not see your navigation on top I see the area but no menu.
    did you take
   them out

 * Nope I didn’t take it out. The main nav is along the left hand side of the page.
   Im not worrying about the top nav atm.
