    Hi,

    If possible, please implement the following code for fixing the L10N issue.
    comments.php, line 116
    <label for="comment">' . _x( 'Comment', 'Comment Form Label', 'rowling' ) . ( $req ? '<span class="required">*</span>' : '' ) . '</label>

    Implement this will make suitable for more languages.
