    Hey there obertscloud,

Sorry to hear you had issues with our products. I’m sure we can figure this out and make everything to work on your site 🙂

Forum rules are preventing us to contact you outside this forum and ask for admin access as you suggested. You can find more info about forum rules here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome.

Also I’m not sure I completely understand the issue you’re dealing with so can you please add more information so I can try to recreate it on my end?

Also since you’re mentioning js error can you also add more details about the error you’re getting?

If you’re using premium version of the plugin please contact us on WPMU DEV forum so we can access your site and investigate this further.

    Looking forward for your response.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

When someone tries to sign up, http://www.thevoiceofchange.info/register for one of the regular packages
it goes back to a validate password , over and over

my search reveals this is due to java script when you search the error message “Please enter the same value again”

I dont know what else you want me to tell you

    Hey again,

I’ve checked your site and I’m being able to see the issue. However I still can’t reproduce it on my end, also one of your security plugins is preventing me from inspecting your site (can’t right click or use developer tools).

Since you said you’ve tested for plugin conflicts and when using only Membership 2 plugin and the issue was still there, can you please try using one of the default WordPress themes such as Twenty Fifteen to see if this is theme related?

Also which version of the plugin are you using, and also premium or free?

    Best regards,
    Bojan

Hello I can take of copy protection for you. thanks
i tried default themes still the problem, however the previous version of membership worked. i am using the free version of membership.

    thanks

jquery validation please enter the same value again
seems to be losing focus on the field ?

I could go back to the old membership, but I am afraid it will mess up the site rules which took so long to perfect

just to recap the theme i use, with old membership worked fine, the only difference was the update to membership 2

also i tried using default themes with same error, but i have to be careful it is a high traffic site

thanks for your reply and help hopefully we can fix it, i still can give you back end access if you want but i hope you can diagnose it now

    Hey again obertscloud,

As I mentioned above I can’t recreate this on my sandbox site by using only membership 2 and default WP theme.

After checking your site again there are clearly some errors with the facebook login/like box plugin or part that is integrated in your theme, see screenshot http://screencast.com/t/t0v2X82Xy4m.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

Ok here is my my email [moderated] I give you back end access.

Yes but i disabled all plugins and still had the error. Like I said also that the previous version of membership worked fine,

I think if you check the jquery error you will find a solution to validating ,
or possibly look at your old version sign up code ? see the difference ?

    (@obertscloud)

Please help, Bojan, i am looking at other plugins, if you cant fix this going forward.

i hope everyone that seriously thinks about updating to this version of the plugin, looks at the support this company is giving. i have a major site with problems. now using woo commerce to manually subscribe users and manually adding them. i am looking at a couple of other options.

    i am testing https://wordpress.org/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/
on a new site now, looks promising and easier to set up

i was hoping 6 days ago support would login to my site, or google search for the jquery problems and fix their new version.

it looks like we are ignored when it comes to fixing errors. they say “oh it works on default themes, then contact your theme provider” well hello
it worked on your previous version but-head! and you want me to pay money for to my theme developer to fix your problem you created on the new version? you are crazy!

please please please dont upgrade or use a test site to upgrade before you switch, you could be left alone like me

now watch an apology comes, i am sorry i was busy, busy what dealing with another customer and avoiding this issue ?

    come on get real

    Hey again obertscloud,

First of thank you for your feedback, we appreciate all feedback we get regardless of it being positive or negative.

There is absolutely no need for excessive use of caps lock or abusive language.

With that being said I contacted you two days ago (on the 21st of July) on email you posted above even though we’re not allowed to contact members outside the forum simply because we wanted to reach out and help.

As for your issue new Membership plugin was completely rewritten so there is a possibility that it can be conflict with another plugin or theme. I pointed out the error which was in the console pointing to the file that is possibly the reason for this but wasn’t sure if that was a part of the plugin or theme, so I needed your response on that one in order to try to recreate this on my end and find what is the source of the issue so our developers can take a look (or developers of that theme/plugin depending on what the source of the problem was).

As you can possibly imagine we can not predict possible conflicts with different plugins/themes from different authors.

I’m more than happy to continue helping you get this all sorted, just let me know and reply to the email I sent earlier if you want to re-visit Membership 2.

    Have a nice day.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

We tried your premium you failed us,

As Bojan has mentioned many times, he is not allowed to support a commercial service on the WordPress.org forums.

Now it just looks like you’ve used the WordPress.org forums for dramatical effect.
