Please delete my GMC sub-account

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request the permanent deletion of my Google Merchant Center (GMC) sub-account, which was created through the “Google Listings & Ads” plugin some years ago.

Account Details:

• Sub-account ID: 765 680 148
• Website: http://www.bsdlab.com
• The main products are quartz cuvettes and glass cuvettes.

Reason for Request: Our account has been flagged for “Misrepresentation.” We have been in business for over 10 years and have a long-standing reputation serving numerous prestigious universities and research institutions globally. Our business operations are fully transparent and legitimate.

Despite our efforts to resolve this through Google’s review process, our appeals have been rejected without specific guidance. Maybe the current sub-account structure or its history may be causing a persistent policy conflict.

To resolve this, we have decided to start fresh with a new, independently managed GMC account.

But when we try to close the merchant center, it shows “This account is a sub-account. It is linked to a main account. To close this sub-account, contact the administrator of the main account.” I do not have the administrative permission to close it myself.

Action Required: Please remove/delete this sub-account from your MCA so we can release our domain and re-verify it in a new, independent GMC account.
