 * I would like to design a new theme. If will basically like the current theme 
   I am using. I would need some comment about my current theme before I doing some
   modification and release it. Thanks a lot of your time.

 * I wouldn’t say your theme looked messy at all, in fact it looks quite organised
   to me.
