It looks like you have a custom theme, so the code is not available to wordpress.org forum members. Anything could be happening. You’ll need PHP skills or a developer to get it working.
You may have less problems with Storefront or another popular and well supported WooCommerce-compatible theme.
If you change your theme, please come back.

I’ve changed the theme to Storefront and it does work (you can check) so the problem is probably mine. I need to customize this page to be like the rest (header and footer + styles)
How can I do it? For https://journal1992.com/carrito/ and https://journal1992.com/finalizar-compra/ I am using a Storefront child theme that I have made, but if I put this for the product it gives an error …

I’m seeing your custom theme in parts, not a Storefront child. The forum is not a good place to help develop a mixed custom theme. Maybe best to stick to the Storefront child throughout.
I mixed two themes because everything that did not have to do with the store I did with html.
Maybe it’s a bad solution but that’s what I came up with.
I’ve been there. It get’s very tricky. Suggest one theme for everything.
For the next store I will keep it in mind!
But for this one that almost everything is done, it doesn’t have to give me problems, right? It would take a long time to do it on a topic and the store has to go out soon.
