Support » Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar » Please check your update and checkout servers

  • Our new relic monitoring shows your checkout.time.ly and update.time.ly server having extremely long response times (circa 25,000 ms or more) and timeouts. It makes it so our site can’t check for WordPress plugin updates. It just started happening this morning (Dec 18th, 2020) at around 11:30am EST. Please fix.

  • This has happened to me too. In the WordPress Dashboard I can’t get into the Plugins section, except MAYBE after I clear ALL caches and go in through Incognito mode. This just startd happening today too. When I am in my regular browser and haven’t cleared every possible cache, I click on Plugins in the WordPress Dashboard menu, and it perpetually attempts to load but never does the Plugin page and finally I get a Gateway Timeout error.

Update: It looks like this problem has been resolved. I am able to go to the Plugins section of my website again with no problem. I do notice that clicking on Check for Updates under All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly simply refreshes the page. But that is a very minor detail for me. Thanks for whatever you did to fix whatever was wrong the other day. 🙂
