Please call your scripts in the footer and minify your CSS

    Hey guys,

    I love your theme, but could you please call your scripts in the footer and minify your CSS?

    Calling your scripts in the header is killing our search rankings.

    I don’t want to edit the header/footer manually as I will no longer be able to update it, and I do want to keep using your theme.
