    You contacted us via email and stated that you purchased Pro version of the plugin mistakenly and instead wanted to purchase the Pro Plus version of it so our support person guided you through the process to do so, but unfortunately, you took this otherwise and started talking in bad language with a refund, but didn’t fulfill the refund terms & conditions.
