Please add 'View' to page sub menu

    It would be extremely useful to have ‘View’ added to the pages sub menu. This functionality already exists on the WP Pages page.

    I’ve used this plugin for many years and so often I need to view pages. Right now it’s a two step process first going the Edit page and then to View page. Having a link to View pages directly from the PageMash UI would be awesome.
