PLEASE add proper changelogs

    I’ve noticed this before and it is valid *again* for the last few releases: the changelogs for the releases are missing.

    This is really annoying as without those, there is no easy way to gauge the impact an upgrade will have on a live website, so PLEASE, I’m begging you, PLEASE add changelogs for every release.
