Please add option to only send emails

    sorry, forgot to write in first post, please add option to send email to Administrator only, Administrator and Author of the post, only The author..

    The plugin name is “report post” but we are using your plugin mainly not to report post, but for reporting issues and bugs in the articles, as our articles are highly technical (about cosmonautics).
