This plugin worked great before a recent update. I’m using a shortcode in a Text Widget in my footer, but the playlist player is only rendering text on the site and not connecting to play music from a folder.

    Shortcode:
    [playlist tracks="FEED:/amp-dev/wp-content/uploads/audio/main_playlist" imageSize="autoW" imgOverflow="visible" dload="n" shuffle="y" pos="left" list="n"]

    Site:
    http://www.wearerocksteady.com

    Playlist Player Result:
    *Song Title*
    Connecting
    Pause
    Stop
    Next»
    «Prev
    SHOW PLAYLIST

    Please help.

Please go to the player ‘Design’ page and choose a skin (i think you want ‘v1 Silver’), and save settings. Let me know if all ok.

Apologies it should have done this for you automatically upon update.

Ah, I should’ve been able to figure that out, thanks. It’s rendering great now, BUT won’t play songs from the playlist only when I click on the pop out player. Why would that be?

It looks like it’s that amplifier theme, it’s doing horrible things with jquery and jquery-ui. It’s hard coding a load of scripts, plus they’re all well out of date. I would get in touch with the theme author.

Thanks again Simon. Love the plugin. Probably a good time to migrate to a new theme.
