We seem to be able to play flv videos: http://getdarker.com/getdarkertv-003/
But not f4v videos: http://getdarker.com/getdarkertv-041/
Have you seen this before?
The strange thing is the f4v seems to buffer just not play. Could it be a content encoding problem?
The tag I'm using is: [flv:http://content.getdarker.com.s3.amazonaws.com/getdarkertv/vod/GetDarkerTV_041.f4v http://getdarker.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/gd-logos2.png 570 400]
If you'll try to open your f4v link, you will get this:
Hi, how about this .f4v file: http://content.getdarker.com.s3.amazonaws.com/getdarkertv/vod/GetDarkerTV_037.f4v
it also doesn't play.
Actually F4V files are play easily. Do you try to play them via Flash or HTML5 player? I mean, they are supported by Flash, but not supported by HTML5 standard.
Here's the code i use: [flv:http://content.getdarker.com.s3.amazonaws.com/getdarkertv/vod/GetDarkerTV_037.f4v http://getdarker.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/gd-logos2.png 570 400]
and here's the page where it can be seen: http://getdarker.com/tv/getdarkertv-037/
I know you're not the developer of kvs player but i'm stuck trying to figure out what is the problem exactly since i can play the file locally on my machine.
Perhaps something is wrong with that f4v file. My plugin is just a wrapper for the famous Kernel Video Sharing Player. So I would suggest you to contact its developers directly: http://www.kernel-video-sharing.com/support/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
