I am not sure what is your username or email you used in our support. But, we strive very hard to satisfy all our customers. If you are unhappy with the support, I would recommend you to send a mail to Managers, which will be taken care of and will be resolved.
And, I certainly agree with esmi in trying to work with us to correct the issues.
