I’m having the same problem. Everything was working fine this morning with the plugin and then I ran some updates and the player controls no longer show up on my product pages the way they were. There is still a link area there but it is blank. If I hover over the blank area where the player should be, it shows a link there and if I right click and open the blank link in a new tab, the audio file is there.

@ceshew I’ve visited your links and the players are there, so, I guess you have installed the update of the plugin that fixes the issue.

I think the cause of the issue is related with the URLs to the audio files associated to the products. I guess the plugin is not able to identify that these URLs are pointing to audio files.
