    Hi @shannon-nunnery,
    Not sure why this is happening for you – It’s suppose to work as seen here.

    I’m thinking another script is interfering here by the way the it is scrolling. You likely have a theme function that is looking for # links and implementing a scroll anchor function.

    Hope this helps you troubleshoot.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your quick reply. Yes, I do have a snippet of js code added for smooth scrolling which in need for my single product pages. I am not experienced with code, but I did test that if I remove the href=”#” from the velocity.php file then all works fine. I know however that this is not the best way to go as any updates will over ride that change. Would you happen to have any code snippet I could add to my functions.php to create the same effect?
