 * Can a plugin force to play ads before play video in the video player or insert
   an ads during user play video like Youtube.

 * You can theoretically build a pre-roll video ad with a group and the enabled 
   [Refresh ads on the same spot feature of Advanced Ads Pro](https://wpadvancedads.com/refresh-ads-on-the-same-spot/).
 * For this, you would have to assign a video ad and the ad for the actual video
   to a group. Then, set the respective refresh intervals to the length of the videos
   as described [here](https://wpadvancedads.com/refresh-ads-on-the-same-spot/#Different_delay_per_ad).
 * It is not possible to place banners within the video.
 * However, I can connect you to a video ad network that monetizes your videos with
   pre-roll video ads and offers simple video ads for inclusion on your site. If
