Plainscape Theme – How To Remove Date & Comments?

    Hello

    I wonder if anyone could help me please. I’m using WordPress 2.9.2 and the plainscape theme for my site

    I don’t want the “posted on date” or the “comments” box but I don’t know what HTML to delete.
