I don’t think that it is really adequate to not respond to reports that someone has copied my blog unless I post it on the forumss. This should be a direct communication with results. I’m afraid to post on my on blog because I don’t want more to be stolen and the solution to this is entirely up to wordpress and WP is not responding. Please, please tell me how to get something done so I can blog without being violated.

You are very mistaken. There isn’t anything anyone can do for you here regarding content theft.

The reason you’re mistaken is because you’re in the wrong place. This is the support forum for WordPress.ORG open source software and no blogs are hosted here or by WordPress.ORG.

If you have a problem with a WordPres.COM blog, you should bring it up with them.

This place is not WordPress.COM, it’s WordPress.ORG. It’s easy to confuse the two.

If the blog you are complaining about is not a WordPress.COM blog, then you will need to identify the hosting service for that blog and contact them directly.
