I’d like to place the Relevanssi search bar up in the same line as the secondary nav, using the Divi theme. I realize there’s no shortcode to do this. Is there a way to do this, or what do you suggest?

Also, I previously had the search on a different part of the page (also in the Divi theme), and when I checked for accessibility (using tabbing to test screen readers), the default (WP?) search bar was revealed at some point, even though it was hidden. It still recognized the search that I put on the page, but not until tabbing through to it. Would you know how to make this default go away, so it only recognizes the Relevanssi search?

    Thank you!

This is something you should probably ask on Divi support forums. Relevanssi doesn’t really have an opinion on the search forms used, it just provides the results, and I know very little of how to manage Divi as I’ve never really used it myself.

The Divi community forums have more people who know Divi much better than I do and can probably help you with this, as there’s nothing Relevanssi-specific in this problem, it’s just a general search form question.
