Placing next and previous post buttons ABOVE the comments

    Hi, How can I put the previous-post-title and next-post-title buttons ABOVE the comments. It doesn’t seem to make sense that they would be between the article and the comments for the article. After all, I want people to see the comment section before I want them clicking off on to other articles. Can you help me do this please?

  • Assuming you are using a child theme do the following.

    1) copy single.php from TwentyThirteen in to your child theme
    2) @line 19 is the code
    <?php twentythirteen_post_nav(); ?>
    Move this below the code for the comments which is
    <?php comments_template(); ?>
    3) Save and activate your child theme.

    You may have to do some CSS adjustments for the white-space but that is a matter of preference 🙂

    OK, new issue now: When I switched the two, the comments did move to where I wanted them, however my sidebar moved to the bottom of the page below the comments when viewing multiple articles and for pages as well. How do I put my sidebar back where it belongs on ALL pages and display types?

    It seems only to be doing this in Chrome. Internet Explorer shows the sidebar everywhere it’s supposed to be.
