Placing Ads under the Nav Bar

  • I have just began to use Catch Box and like it. Can you tell me how to place an 728 x 90 ad unit beneath the navigation bar? I have tried a few things, that did not work. Thanks!

If you want it on every page, you’d need to modify the header.php file – but that requires first creating a child theme – do you have one set up?

I don’t know how to create a child theme, but now is as good a time as any to learn. I read that Notepad++ was an ease way to do it. Your thoughts?

So do you have the child theme set up? Can you post a link to your site?

I don’t see a child theme active on your site – you really should not modify theme files – as the changes will be lost when the theme is updated.

I have to learn how to do it. I will study the information in the link you sent me, to see if I under and can make the changes.
