 * How do you change the order of the placements? So for instance the after content
   placement. I would like to have placements in a certain order

 * No I have 2 after content placements. These appear after my content at the bottom
   of the page and I want to have them in a different order

 * Would it be possible to just combine the ads in the placements into one group
   of the “ordered” type and use only one placement to deliver that group?
