 * Previously, when you had to edit you theme with a CSS hack, the code was usually
   placed in the theme stylesheet file (style.css) file or possibly in a child theme.
   I just discovered what, to me, is a better solution. Install the **My Custom
   CSS** plugin, activate it and now you an place ALL YOU CSS TWEAKS in one place!
   Easier to print, easier to find and eliminate the possibility that an plugin
   update will blowup you custom CSS!

 * I don’t agree. Wouldn’t using a child theme provide the same benefit? Wouldn’t
   it be prudent to always use a child theme when performing customizations to the
   parent theme?

 * There are quite a few CSS plugins.

 * The attractive thing about child themes is that correctly implementing one forces
   you to learn something new. That’s very cool. 😉
