placeholders for name and email in contactform

Hi,
I am using the Writr theme on WordPress.com (dezwartehoed@wordpress.com).
I added a contactform with fields name and email. When I publish it, the fields are filled with my name and my email-address, which I like to keep private. Is there a way to change the default values/placeholders in the contactform in the Writr theme when used on WordPress.com?

Your information is only pre-filled on your browser – no one else other than you is seeing that information, so not to worry. Your browser has simply remembered the contact details you entered the last time you filled out a similar form. Here’s what I’m seeing, for instance:
If you load up a browser window in incognito or private mode, you won’t see your contact details on the form.
