Placeholders acting as values in required fields

I tested your form in Firefox 22.0. Getting validation errors on all required fields Name*, Telephone Number* and Email* as follows:

Tested with both Javascript enabled & disabled. Placeholders all seem to working correctly.

Note that your use of Placeholders is likely to have some accessibility issues.
