  • I suspect you have a plugin conflict. Try deactivating them all except s2Member and try it then. If it works now, you had a conflict.

    Re-enable one by one and test each time to identify the culprit.

    I have also the same problem…I disabled all plugins but it doesn’t show the form titles of “Username” and “Password”.Author of my theme (Boss) recomended me your plugin so i think it cannot be conflict with theme.

    Also i cannot redesign anything on this page using css…but other pages on website i can …
    Any suggestion?

    @elenita87 – I’m also using the Boss theme with S2Member. Perhaps it’s a conflict there, unless we both have a culprit plugin.

    Just taken a look at both your sites. It’s definitely a javascript problem, and I suspect that is coming from the theme.

    @kts915 – thank you!!! I’ve been struggling to figure this out for too long.

    I posted in the theme support, hopefully they can figure out a fix.
