Placeholder image not working

    After updating WordPress and my Aurum theme, my customized placeholder image is not working. I am using the “Woocommerce Customizer” plugin. Do you know if this plugin is not compatable with the Aurum theme or the new WordPress update?

    Any suggestions on a fix?

    Hey @bstone81, thanks for reaching out! To start, let’s determine if the issue is theme-specific or not. Can you please switch to a default theme, such as TwentySeventeen, and let me know if you still see an issue with placeholder images or not?

    In switching themes will I lose any custom CSS or theme preferences?

    Hey @bstone81, so long as the theme has saved its options properly with core WordPress options, or within the theme customizer, settings and CSS will be preserved.

    I’ve actually been in touch with a programmer on the Aurum theme, and he admitted that the problem is on their side. He is working on coded files to put in the /inc and /tpls folders of the theme section.

    He has been good to work with. Should have it resolved this week.
