Placeholder doesn’t get recognized in Single Line Text

    Hello,

    the placeholder text doesn’t get recognized when sending form.
    Let’s say the placeholder text is the right information for that field (like a name of a location), but at this state you’d have to re-enter the same information to be able to send the form.

    Placeholder text is not considered submitted data. It is a display convention only to show the type of content you want entered in the field. It sounds like you want to actually use a default value instead which is an advanced option in the field settings drawer.
