Place widget next to slider

    Hi,
    I am looking to shorten the width of the slider so that there is room on the right for a sidebar so that I can place a widget there.

    Any help is appreciated.

    For anyone interested I figured out a way to get around it. You can disable the theme’s slider, and then use the plugin ‘soliloquy lite’, which works pretty well. That way you can have the slider on whichever page you want and have the sidebar next to it.
