Place title and content above comic media?

Hi — how do I move the actual comic post content and comic title above the comic pages? Can this only be done with a custom theme? I’ve been reading above the template tags and so forth, but I think I’d pretty much need an example of a custom theme template to work with if that’s the only way. Thanks.
