    I have been unable to replicate this error, but a customer has experienced a problem with the final “Place Order” button not working. Using Woocommerce and PayPal Express Checkout, he reports that the “Place Order” button “doesn’t respond after clicking it – it just goes purple and then to black again and nothing else.” He was unable to complete his order.

    I have managed to place orders using different browsers when sandboxed, and completed an order with the site live, so I’m not sure what to do now …

    When you can’t replicate an issue, it becomes very difficult (if not impossible) to troubleshoot as you can’t see when the issue is fixed. If it’s working correctly, then I’d recommend keeping an eye on it. If the problem does show up again, try to get as much information as you can from the customer so that you can replicate the problem yourself.

    I haven’t had anyone else complain about a similar problem so will have to assume that there was something wrong with that customer’s setup or usage of the site.
