The problem is solved by disabling a feature in the settings of WooCommerce Account Funds plugin “Partial Funds Payment”.

Which problem persists? I thought you solved it by disabling a feature in the “Partial Funds Payment” plugin.
I’m now using Woocommerce Points and Rewards instead of Woocommerce Account Funds but it was working fine, now the discount with points doesn’t affect the purchase also the last checkout step looks different like I addressed before
What do you mean by “discount with points doesn’t affect the purchase”? By “discount points” you mean the discount from coupons or from WooCommerce Points and Rewards? Could you please describe me exactly what is wrong and how can I replicate this.
The same with “the last checkout step looks different”. Describing a problems as “it looks different” or “it looks weird” doesn’t help me. I can address the problem only if I understand exactly what is wrong and under what conditions it behaves wrong so I can replicate it.
