Place menu

Hi there,

2 questions i have on this:

1) Is there any possibility to center the menu ?

2) 3) I don’t want a sidebar at the index, i only want the right sidebar on my categories, how can i configure that so that my sidebar only appears on all pages but not in the index/pag
